Yoga helps the body to relax and lowers stress levels. It provides three important elements — meditation, breathing and poses — which will help to regulate your heart rate variability and lower stress levels. Lowering the heart rate will make your body calm, and you will be able to respond to stress positively.

The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.

Blend yoga with the benefits of infrared saunas and you will get a Hot Yoga detox!

Infrared heat will help loosen the muscles, allowing extra flexibility and maximizing  every position for a deeper stretch. Benefits are endless and include burning twice as many calories, pain relief, relieves inflammation, detoxes the body and skin, raises core temperature which boosts the immune system, reduces blood pressure, improves circulation, collagen repair, cellulite reduction and increases metabolism.

RedFit Rooms temperature can be set from a cozy 100-150 degrees to ensure a good sweat and flexibility. We have two rooms available. Each room has room for you and two friends.

RedFit Rooms are virtually instructed with the built-in television. There are multiple options to choose from so don’t feel like you won’t know what to do when book a session!

Each session  is up to 45 minutes. We keep the session private for you or whomever you decide to bring in with you.
